How can I get a place at the Day Centre?

North Berwick Day Centre is a community resource which gives someone the opportunity to improve their quality of life. It provides a warm, safe and welcoming space for those members who attend.

If you’d like to join us at the day centre or you know someone who would like to please get in touch with us. You can call on 01620 890906 or email info@nbdaycentre.org.uk for a referral and information. You are more than welcome to pop into the day centre during the day and have a chat with staff about what you may like to get out of coming to the day centre. Alternatively we can visit to you at a time that suits at home. You can also download a Referral Form here. We try to make our activities reflect what our members would like to do. Some of these include, having a coffee and a chat, trips out, bus runs, entertainers, games, crafts and talks. We always celebrate the special days throughout the year.

Our members all have different days which they attend. Some come for one day but others more.

Our members enjoy teas/coffees and biscuits available all day. We have cooks who provide delicious home cooked and nutritious lunches every day. They also make sure allergies and likes/dislikes are catered for.

We also have drop-in sessions in the mornings for coffee (£3) and afternoons for activities/entertainers (£5) should you like to do that.

We have a bus which we can pick up and drop off our members at the start and end of the day from the North Berwick area.
